Project Details
This recent project was for a couple who had relocated to Pleasant View after over 30 years moving around the country. They loved all the windows in their new home, but didn’t feel as though the interior took advantage of all that natural light. They wanted wood incorporated into the kitchen to go with the floors, too, so we used hickory with chestnut stain and built custom 9ft cabinets with a stacked crown. We added in a custom roman column paint in the kitchen, as well as customized decorative posts and corbels at the island and range center.
We loved their idea of putting custom 4 inch decorative bunn feet at the custom china hatch, as well as ensuring they had drawers to make storing their spice collection easier. In the bathroom, they wanted a pop of color, so we installed cabinets in this pretty light blue. That way, they had pops of personality throughout the home, while opening it up in the more public spaces.
