Primary Materials and Style
The majority of the cabinetry is crafted from Clear Walnut, finished in 2K Poly Zero Sheen with a Black Magic tone. A horizontal grain slab door style is used consistently throughout the project. Select spaces—including the Kitchen, Pantry, Utility, and Master Bath—are accented with a 4-inch square crown, while the Linen and Master Closet feature a more subtle 2-inch square crown detail.

Kitchen:
Cabinetry is Clear Walnut with a 2K Poly Zero Sheen/Black Magic finish, complemented by a 4-inch square crown. Design highlights include glass-front upper cabinets with bronze glass inserts and a finished wood countertop provided by RCC. The space also incorporates two large, panel-ready Thermador 30-inch built-in columns—one for refrigeration and one for freezing.
Pantry:
Constructed from Clear Walnut with the same Black Magic finish, the pantry includes pocket doors and a 3cm-thick countertop provided by others.
Master Bath:
Clear Walnut cabinetry with a 4-inch square crown continues in this space. The finished wood interiors allow the line bore system and adjustable shelving to remain visible.
Kitchenette:
This area features Clear Alder cabinetry with a Black Glaze finish and a 4-inch square crown. It includes an upper cabinet designed for a microwave and accommodates a 24-inch refrigerator drawer.
Utility & Mudroom:
Crafted from Soft Maple, these spaces are finished in Smooth Stone (SW9568). The mudroom includes locker bases with single drawer stacks for added functionality.
Master Closet:
Clear Walnut cabinetry with a 2K Poly Zero Sheen/Black Magic finish is paired with a 2-inch square crown. RCC provides the finished wood countertops in this space.
Hardware Details
All hardware for doors and drawers is from the Hartridge Collection and was supplied by others. Finishes vary by room, including Flat Black, Honey Bronze, and Polished Chrome. The Kitchen features Flat Black knobs and pulls, including one 12-inch appliance pull (TK3047BLK) and two 18-inch appliance pulls (TK3048BLK). The Main Bath incorporates Honey Bronze hardware, with knobs (TK3040HB) and pulls (TK3046HB), while the Master Closet is finished with Polished Chrome pulls (TK3046PC)
