*Offer valid only for new Rasmussen Custom Cabinetry projects initiated through the 2026 Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes promotion. Qualifying purchase thresholds are based on the cabinetry contract subtotal before tax, delivery, installation, countertops, appliances, and additional third-party services. Upgrade credits and complimentary features apply only to standard RCC selections and specifications. Premium materials, specialty finishes, expanded sizing, upgraded hardware, and additional customization may incur extra charges.

Complimentary vanity package applies only to qualifying bathroom vanity cabinetry and does not include countertops, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, electrical, tile work, installation, or labor unless otherwise specified in writing.

Complimentary pantry upgrades, appliance garages, and custom hood features are based on RCC standard design allowances. Upgrade substitutions are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or previously signed contracts.

One promotional offer per household/project. Promotion is subject to design approval, production scheduling, and availability. RCC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
